Metal detecting in Romania
No matter if you do it one time a year or you see it as a sport and go dig every day, metal detecting can be a nice way to go out in nature and enjoy some hours far from distractions. The thrill doesn’t come just from the solid beep but, also from the whole documentation process: reading, talking to people, looking at maps, old photos, archives etc. Here are some places I visited and the things I dug up.
